#607 Borg unhooks using -mx11 switch

When I run the borg in linux using the -mx11 switch the
borg unhooks right away with out doing anything else.
If, however, I start the borg with the -mgcu switch
then it runs fine.

I have not tried with any of the other commandline
switches so I don't know if they are also affected.

I don't know if this is connected but the arrow keys
don't work when using -mx11 either but they do with -mgcu.

I'm running debian unstable
compiling zangband from the anonymous cvs using gcc 3.3.4.

I can't help you here because I run Win98. I think Steven
uses Linux too. Maybe he has an insight.
