[Zabbix-translators] 4 new translatable strings in 3.0 and +2 in trunk

Hi all !

Changes from:

https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-10379
appeared already in Pootle, the modifications caused that new strings 
have been added.

Who had 100% translation level, please translate new strings asap to be 
included in 3.0.2, because these strings are well noticeable in frontend:
"Filter" is used for button (only for button) everywhere;
"Subject" is used in settings of host encryption settings.

Trunk got 2 new strings more than 3.0.
