[Zabbix-translators] skipping string freeze for 2.0.8rc1

just to let everybody know, it has been decided to skip string freeze 
for 2.0.8rc1 - there's a nasty problem in the frontend, so we are eager 
to release 2.0.8 as soon as possible. nevertheless, dutch was updated 
for 2.0.8 already :)
