#1 Add option to ytnefprocess.pl to remove original tnef

Please consider adding an option to ytnefprocess.pl
to remove the original tnef attachment. I really like
how this tool is able to convert them to something
usable, but I don't want to see the tnef attachment
when it's done. Thanks
