#17 System effects not loaded from saved state

Loading a saved state will not load system effects. The effect parameters seem to be loaded but the effect is not actually 'active'. To reproduce (1.3.5):

• Add a system effect (e.g. Reverb with Hall 1 preset)
• Modify a parameter so that it's rather evident (e.g. all parameters to zero)
• Save state
• Close yoshimi and re-open
• Load saved state

No system effect appears. However if you select the effect (e.g. Reverb) the preset and parameters seem to be loaded as in the saved state (but not always and can't find a pattern). E.g. in the attached file the system effect should be Reverb with preset Echoed 1 and all (editable) parameters set to zero.

This is actually a GUI update issue. The data is correctly loaded and initialised. A temporary work-round is to change the effect number (spinbox) up then down again. Do the same the Insert Effects, and finally, the same for the Part number.

Also, if you launch with --state={filename} it loads correctly.
