Yellah

Yellah is a GUI-based program which runs multiple timers on your desktop/laptop computer. Timers come in several types: specified elapsed time/ specified end time/ to take regular ergonomic breaks/ or to be notified X minutes before the next hour or half-hour so that you do not miss an important TV program/ stopwatch. Yellah is intended for short term timers < 24 hours and not to be a calendaring program.
When running you will see 2 windows:
Yellah Display window that has one or more concurrently running timers going
Yellah Timer List window from which you choose new timers, either setup your own, or use a pre-defined one
