Still in test but usable

a completly rewriting version in C++, using XML for grph configuration and libGD2.
Faster than C version, because of not using libregex.
About 30ms for a daily graph or less than 100ms for a monthly period on a Duron 1GHz with sid (linux).

the first release is out. It's not fully fonctionnal but it works on linux i386.
