The Arcane Trickster prerequisites can be met without arcane caster levels:
According to Paizo FAQ spell-like abilities count as spells for PrC prerequisites.
The Tiefling gets the required 2nd Level Arcane Spell with Darkness as a Spell Like Ability at character creation.
A Tiefling Oracle with the haunted curse receives Mage Hand as a bonus spell and is therefore qualified.
The "Arcane" Trickster Spells per Day class feature does not limit to arcane spell casting class (unlike D&D3.5 did).
Therefore Divine Trickster is a thing and should be possible in the Character Generator.

If you want to have a Divine Trickster anyway, you can just ignore the Prestige requirements (you can disable it on the Options page or the Levels page)
You'll need to manually adjust your spellcasting level yourself. On the Spells sheet expand the "Modify Spellcasting Level" section, then select your spellcasting class and enter your Trickster level.
