My character has the Toughness feat and I have found that this bonus is not being included in the generated character sheet. Is there a place to manually enter HP bonuses from feats so that the character sheet will be updated?

This should be automatically included. Adding or removing it should adjust the HP on the front page by 3 or your level. If it is not, can you make a bug report and attach your character file?
