Well, there's no Elemental Master's Handbook, Legacy of Dragons, Bastards of Golarion, Inner Sea Races, Paths of the Righteous, Agents of Evil, Adventurer's Guide, Planar Adventures and Monster Hunter's Handbook listed on Sourcebooks List, so there's nothing from them.

Can't Eldritch Researcher (probably missing), but there's Fire Music. Reach the prerequisites or uncheck the "Enforce Feat Prequisites" to access it.

Windy Escape and Steal Breath seems missing too.

For the other questions, only if i try making one too to see, but i won't. Sorry.
