Version 8.166 Released

Version 8.166 is available for download. This release finished off Advanced Class Origins. The next smaller source I'll be adding is Inner Sea Gods, so check out the thread in the Discussion Forums if there are specific requests you want to make.

For Unchained, I've filled in the additional Combat Stamina feats (Extra Stamina and Push the Limits) I've also done the basic set-up for variant multiclassing - if you want the secondary class you'll be able to do that on the Levels page. I've only done the Barbarian and Bard VMC so far, but the others will be coming.
