Hi all,

we need a little help about the nomenclature of the odeint stepper orders.

In principle the steppers can have three different kinds of order:

1. the order of one step, when the error is NOT calculated.
2. the order of one step, when the error is calculated
3. the order of the error step, when the error is calculated

In most steppers 1 and 2 should be equal, but in some cases they differ,
for example in rk78.

Do you have any suggestions how to name them? We have some
possibilities, but they don't fit so well and might be misleading.
