[Yanl-develop] need help: build system

Hello everybody,

in short: we need a build system for the examples for odeint.

We have three possibilities: make, cmake or bjam. Of course, the build
process has to be boost conform, so I guess it should be bjam or cmake.
Is there anybody who can do this?
