#12 detect nodes from BN

Here is the process now (for all the bayesian networks):
- if you add an attribute from yang, it will be added to the bayesian network
- if you add a node into a byaesian network using samiam, the attribute will not be added automatically; you have to create it yoursulf (same name, etc.)

idea: automatize the second part.
