After nearly about 2 years of intense work, I'm proud to announce the release of the stable version 3.0 of the Yana framework.
Users who switch from the last stable version 2.9.1 will first notice the fresh new look of the software. But also internal features have been greatly improved. This includes better database support, new database tools, improved form generator, AJAX support, easier to use developer tools plus an improved manual, that now covers more in-depth details of various parts of the software.
I'm proud to announce the release of the latest version 2.9.10.
In this version it will be the first time you find an implemented update checking tool.
Also I updated the template engine and added several small fixes. Particularly I fixed a problem concerning "user mask" settings for Linux, which could prevent the automated installer to run on some systems. I'm currently translation the ~300 pages manual from German to English. About 40 percent is already done.
However, this is time consuming and already kept me away from programming more than I wanted it to.
I could use a helping hand for:
# spell-checking
# taking screen-shots
There are also some smaller sections which need ~30 minutes to translate.
