Nice software. I had a problem with the tex binary mode . The bug is in line 337 of yamwi.php
"\n\end{document}\n" ;}
should read
"\n\end{document}\n" ;}
As a comment, it is faster to use directly tex instead of latex. I am including a modified yamwi.php
