How do you provide increment-only access to a graph?! | Only the first occurance of a given node is available, all other later occurances are reference nodes. A reference node is a "proxy" for the real node. The biggest problem is that a node can't have a parent property for navigation. The hierarchy comes entirely from the visition/iteration context.
