Hey, everybody, just out spreading the mayonnaise on Syck 0.45. All of this year's changes (including a number of critical memory problems with both the parser and emitter) have been merged into the main distribution. If you've been using CVS, you're up to speed. But if you've been using 0.42, puh-lease upgrade right away. Here's the tarball: http://rubyforge.org/frs/download.php/1371/syck-0.45.tar.gz More on Syck at: http://whytheluckystiff.net/syck/ Please don't install this package if you are using Ruby 1.8.0 or higher. Syck comes with current versions of Ruby and it's better to upgrade Syck and Ruby simultaneously. This prevents you from having Syck installed in $LIB/ruby/1.8 and $LIB/ruby/site_ruby/1.8. _why |
