[Yaml-core] freshmeat version of PyYaml way out of date

Clark,

The freshmeat page for PyYaml has climbed to the top of the charts in
Google.  Unfortunately, it's version is about 10 revisions behind.  Is
there any chance you can point it to a newer version?
