#59 downloading large email

would like to see better support on downloading large
email as I always get timed out for anything larger
than 1-1.5Mb. I have changed my outlook settings, etc.
but still getting that error.

You can set your timeout to 10 minutes in outlook. If it
takes longer than that to download, we can't do much about
that.
Is it taking 10 minutes?
Are you using dial-up, DSL, or Cable modem?
