input.c uses non-existent KERBEROS define

In order to determine whether to use the contributed password-input routine or one from Kerberos, the code does a few "#ifdef KERBEROS". This macro doesn't exist, which causes yafc to always attempt to use the new method. Moreover, the three headers it uses are included unconditionally. This causes yafc not to compile on platforms lacking termio.h (e.g., Mac OS X).
The attached patch switches to HAVE_KERBEROS, in the manner of commands.c and syshdr.h. Ultimately, perhaps an autoconf check should be used to detect termio.h, or the password routine should be rewritten to use the newer POSIX termios.h.
