#1 CSS in a single and ugly file, no support to change it easy

The css file is called style1.css and is on the root directory of yacomas, there is no easy way to change all the style/theme for yacomas.

so to use a best css file I think we have to redesing the all code, becaus in some files use a single styles and do not use the style1.css in all files, and the yacomas is programming in a tables.
