#161 upgrading slash error again

converting log_errors row 13301 to 13400
Error: MySQL said:

You have an error in your SQL syntax
near 's+Entranced+Lover', 'The user whose profile you
are trying to view does not exis' at line 1

sorry about not putting both in teh same message.
Where it says the error is near it is showing a partial
member name. the full member name is Orlando's
Entranced Lover. Notice the apostrophe which could be
causeing problems

I can't seem to understand how that could happen.
"addslashes($row['message'])" is in upgrade.php

I recommend truncating log_errors before converting anyway,
but this is confusing me. Maybe mysql_escape_string()
would be better?
