#68 all digits username not work for Pre-registration activation

Hi,

We recently upgrade to YaBB 2.5 AE version. And it seems working fine except that pre-registration procedure not working for all digits username. When such kind of user click on activation link, it simply does not recognize the username's existance.

Please help fix it.
