Hallo!

Finally I successfully compiled the Yaafe libraries for windows, here is
the pull request:

I cross-compiled everything under linux (should be also possible on os
x) and instructions are here:
https://github.com/auphonic/Yaafe/blob/master/INSTALL_WINDOWS

The compiled dlls run perfectly fine on 32bit and 64bit windows systems
(tested on win7 and win8) and are used for our Auphonic Leveler desktop
application.
