Tested logging using multiple serial inputs and each terminal writes to a unique file and all is good. However, when I try the same with multiple terminals individually connected to unique TCP/IP servers then only one file is created on start up of YAT. If I then go into 'Log' and 'All terminals on' then a file per terminal appears, but I cannot get this to work on start up of YAT.

      There are two options:

      • When creating a new terminal, activate Switch log on at the bottom of the dialog.
      • Or, when invoking the YAT executable, use the /ln, -ln, --Log, --LogOn command line option. Use YAT /? for command line help.

PS: Scripting FR#74 will even enable logging among multiple terminals.
