#11 No Guidance or Solutions for Stuck Players

There were times, when I didn't know what move to make to complete the stage. So, I wanted to use the "Hint" button which is expected to help each player out of a difficult situation they are in, to help them progress through the stage.
However, I noticed that the "Hint" button does not offer any help. In fact, it doesn't even seem to work, as nothing appears on the player's screen. By this way, the user is not given the opportunity to get out of the dead-end situation he is in.
Furthermore, most of the time, the solution button is not even available leaving the player without a choice.
