#2 Permissions problem causes xwc to not start after install

Cool product - I've been looking for a simple +
lightweight file explorer for a while - There are a
couple of issues though, so I thought I'd kick off some
formal bug-reporting :-)

The first one:
I installed XWC using the Mandrake rpm. After install I
found that I could run XWC as root, but it failed when
I started as a normal user.

Probable cause is a permissions issue. My work around
was to:
- copy the /root/.foxrc/ to my home directory, change
owership to me (chown peter:peter -R ~/.foxrc)
- I also had to chmod g+w -R ~/.foxrc

(My umask=027 - which was maybe the problem)
