I have rewritten most of this file including the basic
key press definitions.

it includes repeat commands like 'up 21' and
'backspace 10', rewritten emacs, shell, c, and pine
modes, click and drag commands, and new modes for gdb
and latex programming. The infrastructure of the file
is designed to make it easy to create modes for other
applications that include emacs-style editing and
repeat commands, and there is a 'typing mode' that
includes these things that can be activated in any
application.
