#35 Auto get the best video resolution of each video when parsed

That is if there is 24x 360x 1280x 1080x I would prefer 1080x and always when option selected for the best video resolution for it to get the best there is.

Also prefer mp4 over flv so when there are more than one container a setting choice for which is preferred. Flv is fall back if no mp4 (for example) is not available. Youtube all is mp4 with a few exceptions where old ones are flv most of these likely converted to mp4 soon
