#18 option to select normal r hd video

hi,
i just added a youtube link and its downloading video in the hd format
it will nice if we have the option to select between hd and normal flv format
in normal it was 24mb and in hd it was 78mb
i just need the normal flv and i cant find this option

plz include this option in the next release

and when will the future 2.4 will be released

This would be highly appreciated as my rather old PC cannot play the HD videos flawlessly
