XUI 2.0 Release Candidate

XUI 2.0 Release Candidate now available on SourceForge.

XUI 2.0 is almost complete, with the full release due in just a few weeks and we do not expect much to change. The latest release features builds for JDKs 1.1.8, 1.4 and 1.5 in both debug and release builds. The debug build has full diagnostic/logging and compiler debug information switch on whereas the release build suppresses most logging and excludes compiler debug information for a smaller Jar size.

Also updated is the JavaDoc and User Guide documentation.

The XuiEditor has now been renamed KalIDEoscope and this will also be released along with XUI 2.0. (The release candidate version of KalIDEoscope will be available very soon).

The full release will also see a completely revised website, extra documentation, samples and a new knowledgebase. The release candidate is expected to be the last release prior to the full release so if you experience any problems please let us know, it's probably the last chance to get fixes into XUI 2.0. Finally, a special thanks to all those of you who have provided feedback and help, it's much appreciated. Keep up the good work.
