This patch adds correct dos sounds for all sound effects, and modifies spell effects to allow them to be played correctly.
Adding the .ogg files for the patch. They are in named folders to be placed in the 'sound' directory.
I overlooked this file when building the patch. Including this will make Balron's etc. cast correct Sleep attacks
