#9 MacOSX 10.2 fails to load kext

I downloaded the .dmg file, copied the three files to the HD,
doubleclicked the fixpermissions script, and it returns Done
after I enter my admin ID and password. All this is normal so
far.

Initially, when I launched the XTV app, my computer locked
up.

After a restart, when I launch the XTV app, I get a warning
that this application may impact the security of my computer,
and I elect to Use the file. When the app is launching, I get
an error -512 unable to load the kext.

Any insight into this?

I have the exact same problem with 10.2, except that my Macine did not
lock up. I also cannot seem to launch the app with debug info, or I would
list that here.
