#801 GTK3V2MAIN User Guide: duplicate name/description lists on 8 more .dox hub pages (same class as #790)
Multiple GTK3V2MAIN User Guide hub pages (menu/command-group overview pages) show the same
report names/descriptions twice: once in a descriptive bulleted list (name + short description,
linked via \ref) and again in a second, bare \subpage-only list right below it that exists only
to register the page in the Doxygen navigation hierarchy (\subpage is required instead of \ref
for a page to nest under its parent in the generated nav tree).
This is the same defect class already fixed once on reportsm.dox's Reports Menu page under SF
790 ("User Guide: Reports Menu page duplicates report names/descriptions between summary list
and sub-page links"), but that fix was scoped to reportsm.dox only. A full scan of every .dox
file under app/doc/ (2026-09-16) found the identical pattern recurring in 8 other files, 24
page sections total:
- drawm.dox: cmdDraw, cmdDrawCircles, cmdDrawCurves, cmdNote, cmdDrawShapes, cmdDrawStraights

- changem.dox: changeM, cmdJoin, cmdMove, cmdRotate, splitDisconnect

- view_winm.dox: viewM
Fix: apply the same consolidation SF #790 used on reportsm.dox to every listed page -- merge the
two lists into one, using \subpage <name> "<short link="" text="">" inline (keeps both the hyperlink
and the required page-hierarchy registration) with each bullet trimmed to a short
non-duplicating clause, instead of two separate lists repeating the same set of pages.</short></name>

Fixed: same pattern as #790, applied across 8 more .dox files (addm.dox,
changem.dox, drawm.dox, editm.dox, filem.dox, helpm.dox, managem.dox, optionm.dox,
view_winm.dox), 21 page sections total (a full repo-wide re-scan after the originally
ticketed set found 4 more instances -- cmdSplit, helpM, cmdCarinv, cmdEasement --
fixed those too rather than leave a known gap).
Verified via a full local Doxygen rebuild (0 new warnings), HelpLinksCheck, and by
directly checking the rendered cmdNote.html (the page originally reported) now shows
a single clean list.
