XTrackCAD Ver:5.2.1a

When clicking on "Run Train", a notice comes up. "No Cars are defined for the current scale." Even though cars are defined and are setting on the track.

Also when running a train, Checking the checkbox for hiding trains in a tunnel has no effect.

    1) Would need to look at the cars in your .xtc and see that the scale that at least one has is compatible with the currently selected layout gauge.... The message is saying this is not true. If you have two gauges that could be an issue - or we might have a scale definition that is awry. Bypass is try setting the layout current scale/gauge to the same as at least of the deployed cars in the layout. If you can share that file I can take a look.

    3) The logic will show a car if the draw tunnels setting is not "None" and the track layer is visible (since the track will be visible (even if dotted) it would be weird to not show the train on it). So hide the track layer with the tunnel in it, or set the draw tunnels value to None.

I can't find out how to hide a train in a tunnel either. I've tried the "None" setting and hiding the layer. I have yet to find a checkbox for hiding trains in a tunnel, whether it works or not.

For the 1st issue (you should submit separate reports for separate bugs)
please submit you .xtc file for us to look at.

As Adam said: on the Display menu, set 'Draw Tunnel' to Hide and set 'Hide Trains on Hidden Track'

    Marking the bug closed.
