I have CD-DA X-Tractor V0.22 Which quotes Vorb_Enc DLL v0.30 (engine v0.00) in its help about.
The options for average bit rate go no lower than 128K. Whilst 128K may be a sensible enough minimum for MP3 I want to try a bit less with OGG files.
Is this minumum a function of CD-DA X-Tractor or of the ogg vorbis code being used ?
The new release supports bitrates down to 64k.
Is the current Ogg encoder being used by CD-DA Xtractor the release version 1 or later?
Thanks!
It uses the Ogg v1.0 libraries.
