I'm on Windows XP, and i have had no problems till this
with v0.22. I put in a cd and hit refresh to find there
was no cddb info on the cd so i opened the tray and
input the info into x-tractor. (artist, album, etc.)
and proceeded to submit the info to freedb. i hit the
rip tracks button without realizing i had forgotten to
put the cd back in the tray and close it, and the rip
tracks dialogue then would not shut down. i hit the
close button on the dvd reader and it wouldn't close.
(also, the HD light was on constantly though i didnt
hear anything comin from the HD) i forced a program
shutdown (windows task manager) and still i couldnt
close the cd tray. finally i shut down windows, however
it went to a blank screen (with a mouse pointer) and i
had to hit the reset button on my computer.

That's a strange one. I'm hesitant to force the computer
to close the drive via software, since it could cause
damage to CDs if it tries to close while the user is
removing or inserting a CD. I'll see if it can verify the
    drive open status before ripping.
