#15 Slider bar does not stay in place

When using the seeker bar to move through an MPEG, as
soon as you let the mouse button go, the movie
advances/rewinds to where the seeker bar was, the
seeker bar goes back to the start and advances from
there. Also, seeking occationally causes the video to
stop updating, but the player appears to crash.

Debian Linux system
Xfree86 4.1.0
smpeg .42
sdl 1.2.1
Nvidia TNT2 pci card, using nvidia's latest drivers,
1.025 (or something)
This has happened with both .92 and 1.00pre

Try to update smpeg to the latest 0.4.4, I think that should
fix problem.
