#1 Add Xtensa port to glibc

This patch adds Xtensa support to glibc. It applies
and builds cleanly to the top-of-trunk glibc CVS tree
as of May 10, 2004. The GNU C Library maintainers
recently decided to include only a few of the most
popular architectures in the glibc source tree and
glibc distributions, so the Xtensa port is excluded.
Some existing ones will soon be removed. This patch
catches a snapshot of a working glibc port to Xtensa.
