#13 User Feedback

A simple user feedback form that could be placed on the
browse or flypages allowing the user to easily submit a
request or comment or whatever. Initialy this would
just send an email to the store admin, but could later
save messages in the DB which could be viewed in the
admin. This could actualy be made into a complete
trouble ticket module.
