Added user_dyn_clause_count

Also...sigh...began removing the references to multi-threading until we can find somebody who can get the MT engine back into shape and maintain

Test of check_variant and current_index with multifile (fixed by David 2019/09).

Cleaned up some C code for skip chains in tsiOrderedInsert.

Fix error message in check_variant for multifile indexing.

Update to compile to private xwam file and load before renaming. Should have been checked in with other changes a few days ago.

Check for situation in which index is explicitly set on existing multifile predicate.

Fix to keep from generating duplicate records for trie-indexing.

A number of changes to improve multifile, in particular with regard to indexes on components. Now it is required that all components have the same indexing. Other multifile bugs fixed including in current_index, and check_variant.
