Update to compile to private xwam file and load before renaming. Should have been checked in with other changes a few days ago.

Check for situation in which index is explicitly set on existing multifile predicate.

Fix to keep from generating duplicate records for trie-indexing.

A number of changes to improve multifile, in particular with regard to indexes on components. Now it is required that all components have the same indexing. Other multifile bugs fixed including in current_index, and check_variant.

Added second argument to _$multifile_comp, to hold head. Parse populates it.

Extended the skip-list implementation to multiple levels to ensure n log n behavior when copying and sorting subsets of answers for incomplete subsumptive tabling.

Changes to make XSB compile to private byte-code files and, after loading them if necessary, renaming them to the standard .xwam byte-code files.

Delete unused variable.

Add extending hashtables for interned records to significantly improve scaling.

more flag setting for profiler time in memory management.
