disable --with-dbdrivers if on cygwin with --with-odbc

the main changes: biassert.c/token_xsb.c - got rid of the warnings
the others are just recompiled dlls.

Also, basics.xwam & xsb_read.xwam got recompiled - probably somebody forgot to commit.
