Added code to convert encoding of strings passed to and recieved from database occording to global charset.

Don't report warning if exporting a function symbol (not predicate).

tiny, tiny improvement to previous fix.

Fixed precedence bug in reading infix operators up against open parens.

Fixed divreg instruction for when operands are expressions.

the main changes: biassert.c/token_xsb.c - got rid of the warnings
the others are just recompiled dlls.

Also, basics.xwam & xsb_read.xwam got recompiled - probably somebody forgot to commit.

Updates to comment out unused stuff that generates compiler warnings.

Changes to eliminate compiler warnings.

Assume char strings from DB are in encoded as flags[CHARACTER_SET] and cvt to utf8 if necessary.
