Escaped all backslashes (in quoted strings) that weren't escape characters themselves.

Doubled necessary back-slashes in strings.

Change \ in atom names to \ as necessary to conform to ISO standard.

added a paragraph about the correspondence between MiniZinc types and XSB terms.

Fix a few minor typos from my initial reading.

started minizinc manual, cleaned up, examples of using solve_flex.

renamed swi:term_variables/2, so it won't clobber XSB's standard predicate
don't let makexsb clobber xasp.h, which is a required file (it seems)

1. Packages:
disabled compilation of xasp and xmc -- lots of errors and warnings.
Somebod should fix those.
2. makexsb now compiles packages also to avoid installation problems

3. minizinc: streamlined deletion of temp files
