Fix implementation of read_term option of variables_as_atoms to use tokenizer flags.

Add flag to allow tokenizer to return vars as atoms.

Make aggregation (answer subsumption) work for dynamic predicates; but retract cannot be used for deleting, only retractall.

Added option to read_term/2/3 of 'variables_as_atoms', which returns a term with its variables bound to their names; i.e., it treats variable names as constants. Useful for reading prolog-like terms from other systems.
