Fixed a couple of bugs in the SCC analysis of max_scc_subgoals_header.

recompiled package dlls

Now we postpone abstraction when we hit the maximum subgoal size in
the middle of a attributed variable, rather than aborting.

Fixed prblems in check_new_answer_interrupt.
1) Was setting interrupt vector to 0 rather than just the mask.
2) Only 3 of the interrupts need to be handled here -- the rest were not failing (as needed in local eval).

Updated doc for tfindall.

Updated doc to check_variant/[1,2]

Added new cases to test of check variant.

tables -- check_variant now throws an error if the predicate for the input term is not trie_indexed.
curr_sym -- took out warning for T_FILE which is apparently the type of 0-ary preds.

Added null pointer check to check_variant.

Keep printing out idg info even if we can't find the subgoal associated with the key. I don't know where the bug is,
and still need to find it.
