Changed some imports from usermod to correct places.

reconfigured and recompiled for windows.
Also updated xwam files that were in need

returned tempfilename to before Teri's changes because her implementation is not equivalent

Fixed psc_mod builtin to return usermod-psc instead of 0.

Fixed a couple of erroneous imports: should not be from usermod.

Finishing port of new builtin compilation to MT.

Changed test_declarations to be consistent for MT engine, and moved
some others over to nonmt (i.e., in the directory of those tests that
need to be ported to MT).

Added reset of biarg mapping to default after return in bi_instr, and before
call to foreign function, since foreign functions might use the builtin
argument accessing routines.
