Changed use of tempnam with mksfile, since tempnam has a security hole.

Improved documentation slightly.

Modified psc_mod/2 to always return module psc. (I.e. removed tests for
conditions under which a warning was given. Handling of modules is more
complete now than when this predicate was written.)
